General Terms and Conditions of the “Čas pro tělo” Massage Parlour”

1. Basic Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions govern the legal obligations of the massage service provider (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”), RN 07585551, with its registered office at Dlouhá 730/35 Praha 1 11000, and the buyer of the provided services (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”), the visitor of the massage (hereinafter referred to as the “Visitor”) and the user of the provided services (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”). By ordering a specific date of massage, the Buyer and the Customer agree with the General Terms and Conditions of the Operator.

2. Service Order

Date of visit – the date of the visit must be arranged and booked in advance via the online booking system at www.casprotelo.cz or by phone. The agreed date is a binding order. The Operator reserves the relevant time and capacity of the parlour for the agreed date of the Customer’s visit.

Re-ordering (change of date) – if the Customer cannot arrive at the agreed time for serious reasons, then information about it must be given in advance by telephone, but no later than 24 hours before the agreed time. Later re-ordering is considered to be the absence of the Customer.

Early arrival – the premises are open during business hours and there is a waiting room. With regard to the schedule of services provided by the massage parlour, it is recommended to come with a time reserve of at least 5 minutes before the agreed time.

Late arrival – if the Customer arrives within 15 minutes after the agreed time, the service will be provided in a shortened manner by ending at the originally agreed time for the price of the service ordered. Later arrival is considered to be the absence of the Customer.

Customer’s absence – in case of absence or arrival with a delay longer than 15 minutes, the Customer will be required to pay the value of the booked time, unless otherwise agreed between the Customer and the Operator (e.g. re-order).

Rejection of offered and provided services – offered and provided services may be rejected in the following cases:

a) the Customer arrives with obvious symptoms of infectious diseases

b) the Customer arrives under the influence of alcohol or addictive drugs

c) the Customer has health problems of a medical nature

d) the Customer arrives in an unsatisfactory hygienic condition

e) the Customer expresses and behaves in an offensive manner during the ordering of offered and provided services

Early termination of offered and provided services – offered and provided services may be terminated prematurely if:

a) the Customer shows obvious symptoms of infectious diseases

b) the Customer shows obvious signs of alcohol or addictive drugs influence

c) the Customer shows obvious signs of health problems

d) the Customer continues behaving in an offensive manner despite repeated notices

Parlour accessibility – the parlour is not equipped for bicycles, dogs, wheelchair users, and persons with otherwise limited mobility.

Departure – the parlour provides above-standard customer time comfort. With regard to other visitors to the parlour, each Customer is expected to leave within 15 minutes of the end of the visit.

Personal belongings and valuables – the parlour provides above-standard customer security comfort. During the whole visit, the massage room is locked for security reasons. However, the Operator is not liable for any possible loss of Customer’s or Visitor’s belongings during the visit.

Price list of offered services – the price list of offered and provided services is available at the parlour and on the website www.casprotelo.cz Prices are valid for working hours on working days from Monday to Friday. Purchase of services and products is only possible by cashless payment through a payment terminal or a payment gateway on the website.

3. Provisions:

Occupational health and safety and workplace risk prevention – by entering the parlour, the Customer acknowledges the obligation to comply with the occupational health and safety and workplace risk prevention rules and the obligation to follow safety instructions of the Operator.

4. Gift vouchers:

Gift vouchers can be ordered for any amount. Gift vouchers can be used to pay for any massage or therapy listed in the price list. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher. The nominal value of the voucher can be drawn gradually and for various massages. In case the remaining value of the voucher is not sufficient for any offered massage, it is possible to use the voucher for partial payment and pay the rest by cashless payment. You can find the description of individual massages including contraindications at www.casprotelo.cz.

Order is possible by filling in and sending the order at www.casprotelo.cz or in person at the parlour. The Seller may request an order confirmation (authorisation). Order is a draft purchase contract. The contract arises and becomes binding for both parties by paying for the goods to the Seller. Confirmation of acceptance of the order, including its recapitulation, price and payment instructions will be sent immediately to the e-mail address of the Client.

4.1 Delivery and Payment Terms:

After the order is placed, it is registered and the Client immediately receives the recapitulation of the order to the e-mail address specified, with the variable symbol for payment and the amount to be paid. Payment for goods can be made by: payment card, bank transfer or deposit to our bank account with Komerční banka No.: 115-8223760257/0100 within 5 days after receiving the data required for payment for the ordered goods. The payment must always be labelled with the assigned variable symbol (order number). Once the payment is credited to our account, we will ship the goods as soon as possible within 2 working days of receiving your payment.

4.2 Delivery Date:

Gift vouchers are in stock, so you can pick them up personally at: Na Čečeličce 855­/7 Praha 5 15000

4.3 Returning Goods:

If you buy goods as a private person, you can withdraw from the order within 14 days of receipt of the goods (in accordance with Act No. 367/2000). In such case, please do the following:

  • send a written Request of Withdrawal from the Contract to the address of the Operator (please state the order number, date of purchase and account number for the return of the payment)

  • the goods must be undamaged, in their original packaging, unused, complete (i.e. accessories, warranty card, etc.)

  • the Buyer must provide the original proof of purchase

  • personal return at: Na Čečeličce 855­/7 Praha 5 15000

If you comply with the above conditions for returned goods, we will send you money for the goods by transfer to your account within 10 working days of the physical receipt of the goods.

If the above conditions are not met (e.g. the return of the goods without the Request of Withdrawal from the Contract with the appropriate data), the withdrawal will not be taken into account and the goods will be returned at the expense of the sender.

4.4 Order Cancellation:

The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order, the subject of which is goods that are no longer manufactured or delivered. In such case, the Buyer will be contacted immediately and without delay. If the Buyer has already paid the purchase price, this amount will be transferred back to the specified account number as soon as possible.

4.5 Complaints:

Upon delivery of the goods, the Buyer is obliged to check the goods immediately upon receipt. If the goods show obvious defects, the Buyer is obliged to complaint about these goods with the Seller immediately, but on the next day at the latest. Later complaints will not be taken into account.

In case of personal collection at the parlour, the Buyer is obliged to inspect the goods when taking them. If the goods show obvious defects, the Buyer is obliged to complaint about these goods with the seller immediately. Later complaints will not be taken into account.

The goods must be undamaged, in their original packaging, unused, complete. The complaint will be settled within 30 days from the day it is filed (unless there is another agreement between the Seller and the Buyer).

​4.6 Warranties:

Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

5. Validity and Effectiveness

These General Terms and Conditions enter into force and effect on 01/02/2019.
